• Carry out scheduled cleaning across offices, kitchens, meeting rooms, washrooms, and other site areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the site.
• Replenish essential consumables, including soap, toilet roll, hand sanitiser, and paper products.
• Follow all health and safety, infection control, security, and COSHH procedures.
• Wear the appropriate PPE and complete all required training.
• Report any maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or health and safety concerns to your Line Manager.
• Work flexibly to support colleagues by covering different areas of the site and providing holiday and absence cover when required.
• Take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and customers.

• Experience working in a professional office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of data protection and the importance of handling confidential information appropriately.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards.
• Willing to complete any training required for the role, including first aid and security awareness.
• Happy to undergo BPSS security clearance as required.
