Your Compensation    Competitive Base Salary: £42,921.87 (including night allowance) with an average OTE ranging from £43,000 to £53,000.
Where You’ll Work  You’ll be part of the vibrant Leicester cluster , covering areas like Leicester, Oadby, Wigston, Hinckley, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, and Loughborough. Enjoy the flexibility of starting and finishing your day at home, focusing on getting our members back on the road in your local area. Your Role  As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you’ll provide:
Expert mechanical roadside repair   Vehicle diagnostics   Emergency breakdown support across the UK     Whether it’s a flat battery, a tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll deliver quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most. You’ll tackle challenges head-on, combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service. What You’ll Need    A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience   A customer-focused approach   A full UK driving licence   What We Provide  We’ll set you up for success from day one with:
