RNLI is seeking an experienced Boat builder/Technician at the All-weather Lifeboat Centre to join the team in Poole. You will install, modify and repair marine structures for lifeboats, handling refits and new builds with expertise in epoxy laminating and deck fitout.
You'll work from engineering drawings, contribute to a safe and efficient production environment, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver on time and to RNLI quality standards.
