The Extra Care Charitable Trust is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant at Hagley Road Village, Birmingham. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week and the chance to maintain a modern retirement village environment, delivering planned and reactive maintenance.
The successful candidate will carry out PPM, repairs, health and safety checks, and basic carpentry/plumbing, working with a supportive team to keep residents safe and comfortable.
