A 3-month contract role in Birmingham, supporting hospital facilities maintenance, with duties covering planned and reactive tasks on AHUs, FCUs, boilers, calorifiers and plant rooms. Reading technical drawings and ensuring HTM compliance are essential aspects of the role.
We require City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering and an apprenticeship, plus experience with CAFM systems; healthcare/NHS exposure is desirable.
