CAF Rail UK in Birmingham is seeking a Team Leader to manage a small team of Technicians, prioritise tasks and coordinate warranty repairs, while liaising with customers to ensure train availability and reliability targets.
You will diagnose faults across electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, diagnostic software and test equipment; an NVQ Level 3 in electrical/mechanical engineering and extensive post-qualifying experience are required, along with a flexible shifts
