Project Manager - D&B Fit Out - West Midlands & NW

Our client is a leading player in the commercial refurb & fit‑out space, specialising in transforming work spaces to enhance collaboration, well‑being and sustainability.

The role involves managing all phases of office fit‑out projects (CAT A & B) from concept to completion, with full commercial responsibility. Your main duties will include

• Managing all stages of office fit‑out projects (CAT A & B), from concept to completion.
• Liaising with clients, building management and external contractors.
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules and budget forecasts.
• Full commercial profit and loss management.
• Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing issues or risks.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards and sustainability requirements (e.g., BREEAM, SKA).
• Maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Driving quality assurance processes to uphold internal standards.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial refurb and fit‑out on D&B end‑user contracts.
• Strong understanding of office design, M&E coordination and building compliance.
• Excellent project management, commercial management and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Degree or certification in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field (PMP, PRINCE2 a plus).
• Commercial ownership of projects in terms of profit & loss management.
