A well-established, family-run Electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of retail fit-out and refurbishment projects across the Midlands.

The business works with recognised retail brands, delivering fast-paced projects ranging from refurbishments to full electrical installations, with a strong pipeline of repeat work.

The Role:

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing electrical site activities from start to completion

* Coordinating electricians, mates, and subcontractors

* Planning labour, materials, and daily site activities

* Ensuring works are completed to drawings, specifications, and retail standards

* Maintaining high levels of health & safety and site compliance

* Liaising with main contractors, clients, and store managers

* Managing snagging, testing, and handover

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager / Supervisor

* Strong background in retail fit-out or retail refurbishment

* Excellent knowledge of electrical building services

* Ability to work to tight programmes and live environments

* SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)

* CSCS card (essential)

* 18th Edition (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence
