As part of our continued expansion, we are now seeking a Head of Executive Search to shape and lead our executive practice.

In this senior leadership role, you will :

• Drive business development, deepening existing client relationships and securing new retained partnerships
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of C‑Suite and senior leadership mandates across multiple sectors
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to scale the division
• Represent the business as a thought leader, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in the market
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing executive search team
• Collaborate with the board on revenue growth, brand positioning and service excellence

You will bring :

• Significant experience in executive search leadership, ideally within a UK‑based agency
• A strong network at senior and board level, and a track record of winning retained mandates
• Commercial acumen and the ability to design and deliver strategic growth plans
