• Proven leadership experience in team management and performance excellence.
• Strong background in Employment Rights with the ability to manage complex cases.
• Admitted Solicitor or equivalent.
• Clear decision‑making skills, organisational strength, and empathy with the trade union and Labour movement.
• A passion for justice and commitment to delivering quality client care.
