We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward, leveraging their expertise to manage and grow our portfolio of projects. • Oversee and manage a diverse range of real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and develop our planning team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide strategic input into the company's growth and development plans.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the planning process and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
