The Role:

Our client is a rooftop Solar PV and Battery Storage specialist who is seeking a Submissions Manager to lead and enhance their submissions process. You will take ownership of the submissions team, drive performance, and ensure compliance with government funding requirements. Submissions Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee submissions to ensure they meet strict funder requirements - Lead and develop the submissions team - Establish a lessons learned feedback loop to prevent recurring errors - Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the submissions process - Maintain compliance and attention to detail across all submissions - Act as subject matter expert on ECO and retrofit funding processes - Produce accurate reporting and data analysis to support operational performance Submissions Manager You:

- Proven experience with ECO, retrofit, or grant-funded projects - Strong process management and improvement skills - Demonstrable track record in team leadership and driving performance - Excellent operational, reporting, and data analysis skills - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and governance - Resilient and calm under pressure, able to manage deadlines and funding submissions - Strong communicator, able to build rapport with installers, funders, DNOs, and local authorities - Ethical, organised, and process-focused, with a leadership style that motivates and supports team development Submissions Manager Benefits:
