Padel Club Manager

We’re recruiting a Club Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day running of a brand-new outdoor padel facility opening on a university campus in March 2026. From pre‑opening through launch and beyond, you’ll have full responsibility for the club’s operational performance, commercial results, and community culture.

Supported by a central leadership team but trusted to run the site as your own, this is a hands‑on management role ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, growing participation, and creating a welcoming sports community from the ground up.

The Padel Loft is the UK’s only university‑dedicated padel operator, delivering accessible, affordable and community‑led padel clubs in partnership with universities. Our new three‑court outdoor facility at Aston University is the latest step in our expansion across UK campuses, offering long‑term career growth within a fast‑growing sports brand.

• Run daily club operations, bookings & front‑of‑house experience
• Recruit, manage & motivate staff and coaches
• Build a vibrant club community via events, leagues & socials
• Ensure smooth, safe, high‑standard operations
• Develop corporate, group & partnership bookings
• Track performance and improve participation & revenue

• Management experience in leisure, sport, fitness, hospitality, or customer‑focused environments
• Strong people skills and inclusive leadership style
• Commercially aware with hands‑on problem‑solving
• Interest in sport/active lifestyles (padel experience a bonus)
• £40,000 + up to 10% bonus
