In this high-impact role, you’ll lead and develop the Listings Administration team, overseeing the full lifecycle of property listings — from content creation and compliance to paid portal campaigns and performance analysis. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the brand’s presence on platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and Property Finder is consistently first-class, with listings that are accurate, compelling, and optimised for maximum visibility.

• Has worked for a UK or international property portal or aggregator and understands how to optimise listings at scale.
• Brings proven experience managing portal strategies in property or a related sector.
• Has strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Combines detail-driven operational skills with creative marketing flair.
• Is confident using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and analytics to drive results.

• Leading and mentoring the Listings Administration team.
• Developing and delivering portal marketing strategies to boost lead generation and brand reach.
• Managing portal budgets, tracking ROI, and implementing improvements.
