Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

This company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of complex projects for the organization.

The Senior Project Manager position is responsible for:

• Overseeing the end-to-end management of assigned projects
• Developing and implementing project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
• Effectively leading cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks to project success
• Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management

You will have:

• Proven Mid-weight or Senior Project Manager with a background in digital & cross-channel project management or tech project management, or you will have demonstrable experience as an Account Manager with exceptional ability to manage multiple projects for a diverse range of clients
• Strong proven capability to prioritise, manage process and solve complex problems
• A positive and impactful communicator with excellent negotiation & influencing skills and the ability to ‘bring people with you’
• Comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical teams and engaging at all levels of the business. Simplify the complex and make the impact of enhancements visible in business terms
• Highly-organised with proven experience in project management with the ability to juggle multiple, complex projects at once
• Calm, considered approach and be able to cope with a very busy workload
• Ability to manage upwards in a timely and constructive manner.
