Head Of Operations

We are looking for a Head Of Operations who wants to work across a National UK wide role.

The Head Of Operations, will be responsible for:
 
* Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency, compliance and high service standards
 
* Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to drive business performance
 
* Lead, manage and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors to achieve departmental goals
 
* Monitor and manage budgets, resource allocation and operational KPIs
 
* Coordinate project planning, delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
 
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all sites
 
* Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
 
* Identify operational risks and implement solutions to mitigate potential issues
To be successful for this Head Of Operations role you must have:
 
* Proven experience in senior operational management roles within facilities management, maintenance or a related industry
 
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
 
* Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting and operational KPIs
 
* Demonstrable experience in process improvement and project delivery
 
* Knowledge of relevant health, safety and regulatory compliance requirements
