Location: Location is flexible. However, this role will involve extensive national travel with overnight stays

As a Signage & Graphics Project Manager, you will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and clients, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and managing project workflows while adapting to changing priorities.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Managing relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules
• Resource Management: Estimating and coordinating resources and project participants
• Workflow Control: Overseeing projects from initiation through to completion
• Health and Safety Compliance: Developing RAMS and working with compliance teams on site requirements
• Communication Management: Producing clear project plans and documentation
• Change Management: Proactively managing changes to scope, timelines, and expectations
• Team Coordination: Delegating tasks and supporting team performance

• Proven experience in project management within signage, graphics, or a related environment
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A logical and solution-focused approach to problem solving
• Good commercial awareness and budget control understanding
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead project teams
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
