You’ll act as a commercial ambassador for the Group, working closely with leaders across Ampa to bring the full strength of our offering to market. With a clear view of our priorities and a strong understanding of the market, you’ll help ensure our growth is thoughtful, aligned and sustainable.
Key ResponsibilitiesDriving commercial growth
- Represent Ampa confidently and credibly in the market.
- Identify, develop and help convert high-value opportunities.
- Build a strong, forward-looking pipeline aligned to Group and brand strategy.
- Stay close to market trends, client needs and competitor activity.
- Shape clear, persuasive proposals and business cases.
Building trusted relationships
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work in close partnership with brand leaders across the Group.
- Bring clarity and consistency to how we show up commercially.
Turning ambition into action
- Translate Group goals into clear, workable commercial plans.
- Partner with marketing on go-to-market activity and campaigns.
- Keep commercial priorities and growth targets front of mind.
Leading and developing people
- Lead, support and develop a high-performing business development team.
- Create a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, feedback and clear development pathways.
- Encourage collaboration across teams and brands.
Working across the Group
- Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, operations and brand teams.
- Support pitches, pricing approaches and client journeys.
- Spot and champion opportunities that bring different parts of Ampa together.
Experience and skills
- Senior business development or commercial leadership experience.
- Strong commercial judgement and a track record of driving growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- The ability to communicate commercial priorities clearly and confidently.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, multi-brand environment.
