Position: HR & People Director

What We’re Looking For
  • Someone with experience scaling people, operations, or strategic functions within a high-growth, multi-region environment.
  • A builder who can design structure, process, and frameworks from the ground up, while remaining pragmatic and commercially focused.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence executives, boards, and cross-functional leaders.
  • A data-driven, solutions-oriented individual comfortable with change, complexity, and decision-making in evolving environments.
  • Someone willing and travel to go into the office 2-4 times a month.
