- Join Our Team! We’re now looking for a Field Repair Manager to join our Birmingham branch management team—someone ready to drive operational performance, inspire a skilled workforce, and help us exceed our business goals.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them to deliver against our Minor Repairs Plan objectives.

Your remit will span across all makes and models of Lifts.

This is your opportunity to shape, motivate, and develop your team—ensuring they deliver exceptional service that reflects our values and meets the highest Health & Safety standards.

You’ll be based at our Birmingham Service Branch, with regular travel across the region.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday and Friday Field Repair Manager Responsibilities:
Efficiently plan engineer workloads including the allocation of repair works.

Maintenance of a Portfolio Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.

Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures.
