The Operations Director Role

As Operations Director, you will be overseeing the General Managers, you will be responsible all the sites, including different concepts and formats, founders supporting you. You will have experience in high quality food venues and have a strong operational background. You’ll be working alongside the Directors on brand standards, maintenance, HR, training, individual site management, customer feedback and financial performances, full P&L accountability.

The Operations Director Candidate

A proactive problem solver, I am looking for a passionate, inspirational hospitality leader who is looking to take that next step in their career. You must have that entrepreneurial flair, with an ideal mixture of having worked in both a structured, corporate business and a more independent-style business. You will be a food/wine/beer lover, with high standards and attention to detail but also fun, enthusiastic and hard working – a proven track record is key!

This role is about the right person, having a passion for internal growth, being able to prove this at interview and selection process! P&L awareness is needed but they are looking for someone that is people focussed!!
