Sales Director

Our client are a fast growing, entrepreneurial SAAS business and are looking to hire their first Sales Director. The role will lead, manage and mentor a sales team of 5 who are already performing well and seek to improve process, selling styles and exploit talent.

The role requires a proven sales manager who is from either software, saas or technology services background and someone with the energy and skills to make a difference. They are seeking someone who combines integrity with sales savvy, great human skills a level of humility and a desire to help a business grow. This could be an ideal role for a sales manager who is looking to step up or a sales director/head of sales who wants greater autonomy.

The team are based in Birmingham and 3 days per week in offices is expected.
