The Company

Our client is a market leading specialist providing technology services that support the infrastructure of some of the UKs largest companies. They are looking to appoint a high calibre Procurement Manager to lead on a business critical IT transformation programme.

The Role

Overseeing a small team, you will develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives for this critical IT transformation programme. This role will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors and suppliers to deliver this programme. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and legal departments, to ensure alignment on procurement objectives and requirements.

This role supports the roll out of a multi-million IT transformation programme so your experience working in a similar role will be invaluable for this opportunity.

The Candidate

Of graduate calibre, you will be an inspirational manager who leads from the front with demonstrable experience leading a procurement team within an IT services environment. You will be adept at contract and supplier management as well as leading bids and winning contracts. With exceptional stakeholder skills you will have worked at Director and Board level.
