Service Hire Depot Manager

Location Oldbury West Midlands B69

Salary 28k to 30k

Monday to Friday days

40 hour week plus 33 days annual leave .

Occasionally a Saturday morning when really busy

Main Responsibilities

As Depot Manager, you would support the Director and help run the daily operations.

Key duties include:

* Managing daily depot operations

* Stock and inventory control of forklifts, parts, and equipment

* Supervising and supporting the team

* Ensuring health & safety compliance

* Delivering excellent customer service

* Improving operational efficiency

* Supporting logistics and workflow coordination

Required Skills

The company is looking for someone with:

* Stock management and operations management skills

* Team leadership or supervisory experience

* Knowledge of health & safety regulations

* Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and within a team
