Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Contracts Manager

Project Manager required for a new build BTR apartment project which is due for PC circa December 2026. Working for the principal contractor the project is a reinforced concrete frame scheme with amenities, landscaping and associated works, there will also be elements of restricted access due to location and nature of works. Role will be site based liaison and management of the principal contractor team and their associated design, construction, commercial, supply chain and consultant teams
Experience as a Project Manager along with a proven track record delivering BTR/student accommodation schemes circa £20-£40m will be a mandatory requirement along with current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates
This role is open on either a permanent or freelance basis
