Location: Fintech | Warwickshire (Hybrid - flexible, with the option of either 2 or 3 days in the office)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits package, which includes share options, pension, life cover, income protection, private medical insurance, EV car scheme, and Bike to Work scheme.

Our client provides financial planning and investment management firms with client portal technology that improves efficiency, ensures compliance, and lifts client engagement.

They are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key projects.

This role involves managing project scope, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also identify and mitigate risks while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Manage project delivery, maintaining clear communication and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
• Continuously improve project management processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for project issues and escalations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven success in managing software development projects and delivering client satisfaction.
• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges effectively.
• Passion for leading successful projects that meet stakeholder expectations.
