The role will also be responsible for the management and completion of complex tenders and approaches to market from site and management of contractor spend up to £75 million per annum.

What you'll be doing?
-Procure and monitor the day-to-day management and performance of various project and term contracts

-The role will also define and implement the most appropriate commercial model and form of contract including legal negotiations

-Lead all development and implementation of a Contracts Management Programme and monitoring system to track cost and performance of the contractor, including the management of any sub-standard performance and quality management issues.

What you'll need?

-You'll have a relevant Technical, Quantity Surveyor or Business Degree (or equivalent experience), with significant and proven experience in a Contract or Commercial Management Role.

-You should have proven experience of stakeholder management and how to maintain and develop relationships with both internal and external parties and ability to develop and interrogate data and produce both quantitative and qualitative reports.
