BDR Leader – Birmingham (Global Head of BDRs)

Leadership role responsible for building and scaling the global BDR function across UK and US.
Responsibilities- Build and lead global BDR team (UK + US)
- Define outbound strategy and playbooks
- Set KPIs, targets, and performance management
- Hire, coach, and develop BDRs
- Align closely with sales leadership and AEs
- Drive pipeline generation across all regions
- Proven experience leading BDR/SDR teams
- Background in cybersecurity / MSSP / SaaS strongly preferred
- Experience building teams from scratch (key)
- Strong operational and coaching capability
Comfortable in high‑growth, PE‑backed environment
