• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts for a varied client portfolio.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with SME and high-net-worth clients.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax legislation.
• Provide strategic financial advice and business insight to clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and service delivery.
• Support the firm's growth objectives and contribute to wider business strategy.
• Review work completed by team members, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are maintained.

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Previous experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books, and Sage.

• Experience operating in a senior leadership or partner-track position.
• Business development and client acquisition experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based accounting systems and digital accounting solutions.
