Our client are the leading brand in their sector with branches across the UK. They are currently expanding rapidly, opening new sites and upgrading existing sites, taking their brand into a growth phase.

They are currently looking to recruit a Night Manager to support their team at their Birmingham New Street Site.

The role is a 40 hour contract, 4 days out of 7. You will work overnight shifts.

• You will be part of the management team for the site and will have accountability for the overnight operations of this 24 hour site.
• Managing a small team, your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the site, ensuring safety and security of your team and customers.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a highly customer‑centric environment.
• A strong leader, able to deal with the challenges of running an overnight operation in a high profile, busy, City Centre location.

• You must be flexible to work overnight shifts and be able to commute to the site during those times.
• Experience managing a team at Supervisor / Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager level is essential.
• Ideal candidates will come from the Hospitality / Leisure / Retail sectors.
• Strong, confident communicator.
• Some experience of working in the nighttime/overnight environment would be advantageous but not essential.

Circa £30k (including night allowance) + bonus and exception progression opportunity.
