The Role Leading and developing a successful Primary recruitment team Coaching and mentoring consultants to maximise performance Managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth Supporting business development and strategic planning Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and compliance Creating a positive, high-performing team culture About You Previous experience within Education Recruitment Proven success as a Senior Consultant, Team Leader or Manager Strong leadership and coaching abilities Commercially minded with a track record of billing success Passionate about developing people and building successful teams Ambitious and looking for a long-term career opportunity Why Join?
