We are currently recruiting for a Laboratory Manager to join our team based at our National Laboratory. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in establishing and leading a brand-new Technical Centre, supporting innovation and excellence across the business. Additional travel will be expected; of which a company car will be included.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Laboratory Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the laboratory team while overseeing the day-to-day running of the laboratory
• Managing the laboratory facility and site health, safety and security
• Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to internal customers
• Working closely with Regional and Area Technical Managers to support innovation and technical development
• Delivering multi-disciplinary technical training across the business
• Supporting the technical and personal development of the team
