About this jobHead of Partnerships – West Midlands. Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office, 3 days travelling to customer sites. Enterprise Level Account Management and Sales experience required, Fintech experience is desirable.
This is a strategic senior leadership position focused on supporting enterprise account growth through increasing account value, driving adoption of services, and maximising retention through partner strategy. The role will contribute to account management strategy alongside senior stakeholders, drive customer success within the channel, act as a conduit for issue resolution, and line‑manage a team of account managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- SaaS environment experience (essential)
- Enterprise level client relations, Customer Success or Account Management experience (essential)
- Strong and inspirational leadership
- Strategic and commercially focused approach
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Analytic approach using data‑driven insight
- Proficiency in B2B Customer Journey Management
- Evidence of driving B2B customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience driving account revenue through clear strategy, consistent delivery, operational alignment, actionable analytics and identifying opportunities for monetisation and growth
- Ability to act as an escalation point for customer issues
Additional requirements:
- Qualified UK Driver’s Licence (regular customer travel required)
- Experience in regulated industries such as Finance, Pensions, or Insurance (desirable)
- Experience with full SDLC (desirable)
