As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Academy Operations & Growth Lead who will play a critical role in shaping the future of the academy. You will be responsible for ensuring students, parents and tutors receive an exceptional experience whilst driving operational excellence and helping us scale sustainably. This role is for someone who wants responsibility, accountability and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

The Opportunity You will become the operational leader of the academy, responsible for ensuring that the academy runs smoothly, professionally and consistently at a high standard. You will oversee:
Student and parent experience Tutor management and support Operational systems and processes Student retention and engagement Academy culture and standards Continuous improvement initiatives You will work directly with the Directors and play a key role in helping build a business that can operate at a world-class standard. What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months:
Student retention improves Parent satisfaction remains exceptionally high Tutors feel supported, challenged and accountable Operational issues are identified and resolved proactively Systems become stronger and less dependent on individuals The academy continues to grow whilst maintaining quality You will not be measured by how busy you are. We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership. You may come from education, operations, hospitality, customer experience, professional services or another high-performance environment. Most importantly, you demonstrate:
