Support large residential‑led major sites from promotion through to application stages and lead on Reserved Matters, Discharge of Conditions (DoC) and Minor Applications. As you grow in the role and build client/project knowledge, you will have the opportunity to lead major planning applications independently.
Projects vary widely, from 150 homes for private landowners to 1,400 homes for PLC developers, up to comprehensive schemes supporting 5,500 homes for consortium of house builders, including physical and social infrastructure.
What do we look for?- Degree in a related discipline
- Experience in planning consultancy, developer or local authority planning roles
- Chartered or interested in working towards Chartership
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of planning system reforms, policies, and case law
- Strong client management and communication skills
