- Social Care Qualified to lead and oversee social care teams for a short-term contract lasting 2 weeks. If you possess strong leadership capabilities and relevant social care experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Team Manager
- Social Care Qualified, you will be responsible for managing social care teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance standards. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise social care teams to deliver effective client services
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Manager

  • Relevant social care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of social care legislation and compliance regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
