We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a 2‑bed Children's Residential Home in Birmingham. • Provide effective leadership and day‑to‑day management of a 2‑bed children's home
• Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
• Promote outstanding safeguarding and person‑centred care practices
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing staff team
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and quality assurance processes
• Maintain strong relationships with families, local authorities, and external professionals
• Drive positive outcomes for children and support continuous service improvement
• Ensure the home is fully prepared for Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential home
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
• Experience supporting children with EBD, Learning Disabilities, or complex needs
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• A child‑centred approach with a passion for improving outcomes
• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
