Lettings Manager Bingley £35,000 OTE An established and highly regarded lettings agency is looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their Bingley branch. The Role Lead and drive overall branch performance and profitability Grow market share within your local area Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and team meetings Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues effectively Work collaboratively across departments to maximise opportunities Support wider lettings strategy and business objectives
