Overview
Associate Director - Bridges – Birmingham. £70k plus benefits.
Responsibilities- Lead the bridges team technically and in client engagement, combining project leadership, team mentoring and commercial oversight.
- Steer and deliver the workload while identifying new opportunities to grow the team.
- Provide strategic leadership and lead major projects and multidisciplinary design commissions; support the national bridges team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; mentor your team and contribute to bids and frameworks.
- Chartered Engineer with significant experience in major bridge infrastructure within a UK consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of the UK market and frameworks.
