Area Manager | Birmingham | Salary:
Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We’re recruiting an Area Manager for one of the world’s most recognised consumer brands, renowned for developing future senior leaders. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Area Manager or a graduate who has completed a structured leadership programme and is ready for their first or second multi‑site role.

You’ll lead a portfolio of sites, coaching and developing managers, driving commercial performance, using data to improve results, and creating high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced customer environment.

• Multi‑site leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar sector, or a graduate with a proven leadership development background
• A passion for coaching and developing people
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
