Senior Programme Manager – Capital Delivery

Finham (Coventry) or Tamworth office. Leading an integrated team to deliver portfolios and programmes of work within Severn Trent’s Capital Investment Programme, ensuring projects are delivered to time and budget while fostering continuous improvement.

• Lead a cross‑functional team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Deliver high‑risk, high‑value and high‑complexity projects, managing budget and schedule.
• Provide robust leadership for design, procurement and construction of multiple projects.
• Challenge and innovate to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Nurture team development and professional growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders, including internal teams and external suppliers.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex, multi‑disciplinary programmes.
• Experience leading programme teams of internal and external resources.
• Strong background in supply‑chain partnership and high‑value project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high‑performing teams and achieve financial/operational success.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to anticipate and address unexpected issues.
