Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham – office based (Mon‑Fri)

£35,000 – £40,000 per annum. DoE – OTE £50,000 per annum.

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is working with a growing property business/mortgage brokerage. We are looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a small team of mortgage advisors and administrators in our Birmingham office, whilst also transacting some business themselves.

• Manage a team of 4–5 mortgage advisors and administrators.
• Monitor performance against targets, assess workflows, processes, training needs, and development.
• Lead by example by transacting end‑to‑end mortgage applications from inception to completion.
• Maintain an active focus on ancillary sales such as insurance or protection policies.
• Play an active role in any further recruitment into the team (initially not expected).

• Must be CeMAP qualified.
• Team leader/management experience highly desirable.
• Mortgage advisor experience on the broker side highly desirable.
• Excellent communication with key stakeholders in the business.
• Must be available to work in the office 5 days a week, Mon‑Fri (no home working).
