Mechanical Project Manager
West Midlands
£75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Mechanical Project Manager required to work for a reputable and award winning client Tier 1 contractor to deliver large scale exciting commercial projects across the West Midlands
Mechanical Project Manager responsibilities:- Full support and project management on large scale projects
- Programming of works, updating reports where required
- Build solid communication channels
- Take a lead on all Client, Contractor, Site Meetings
- Contribute to the progress of the project
- Full control of labour and materials and ensure within the given budget
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
- Design input
- Commercial acumen
