Team Sport is seeking an Operations Manager (GM deputy) to oversee daily track operations and drive profitability at our UK sites. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth service, cost control, and exceptional guest experiences.
Evenings and weekends are essential, with an expectation of 1 in 3 weekends off. You’ll lead bar operations, mentor staff, and contribute to delivering outstanding multi-activity experiences across our venues.
