Head of Asset Management – Birmingham (Hybrid) – £60,303-£65,668, full time, permanent.
Essential car allowance £1,500 per annum.
Responsibilities- Deliver asset management strategy for property portfolios including social housing, commercial, community and heritage buildings.
- Analyse property data and information to inform strategic investment decisions.
- Oversee delivery of a 5‑year, £24 million capital renewal programme.
- Set standards and targets for continuous performance improvement, putting the customer at the heart of all decisions.
- Shape building safety and risk‑management plans and programmes.
- Develop short‑ and medium‑term sustainability strategy for a range of building portfolios.
- Develop and implement departmental service improvement action plans relating to asset management and the corporate plan.
