Salary: Up to £58,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

The Role

We are seeking a driven Mechanical Project Manager to oversee diverse mechanical contracts within our thriving Facilities Management division. You will manage projects from inception to completion across commercial works. Your project portfolio will feature values ranging from £150,000 to £1.5 Million
.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead commercial mechanical contracts, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project variations, valuations, and cost control for values up to £1.5M.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and specialist mechanical subcontractors on-site.
• H&S Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards across all live sites.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, delivering progress updates.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Technical Background: Strong, demonstrable expertise within HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services.
• Sector Knowledge: Solid track record delivering projects within the Facilities Management or commercial contracting sectors.
• Mobility: Full UK driving license. Happy to cover the West Midlands and Central areas, with flexibility to travel further afield when required.
