HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTEDRegistered Manager for a 3 bed children's home south east of Birmingham.

• Develop comprehensive care plans
• Create a great team environment
• Maintain high standards
• Deal with the operational and commercial aspectsof the home
• Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisoryrole within children's residential
• Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence and the right towork in the UK
