Responsibilities
Drive strategic growth and lead the commercial development of the audit practice across the regional market.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of ambitious, mid-market, and corporate clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and technical quality.
Hold Responsible Individual (RI) status, signing off on statutory audit engagements in full compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing audit team, fostering continuous professional development and internal career progression.
Contribute directly to partnership decision-making, firm-wide governance, and long-term strategic direction.
Leverage wider service-line capabilities to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions to complex client groups.
As an Audit Partner you will:
ACA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent) with active Responsible Individual (RI) status.
Proven track record as an Audit Partner or senior Audit Director within a recognized public practice firm.
Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated capability in business development and client acquisition.
Exceptional team leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing talent.
