We are seeking a passionate and experienced Children's Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team in the west midlands. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of the children in our care.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing supervision, training, and support to promote professional development.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of all residents.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within children's residential services.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in children's care.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans and risk assessments.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Relevant qualifications, such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
