Gloucestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Adults Commissioning Business Manager to lead the business operations for the Adults Hub, ensuring services are resourced, compliant, efficient and continuously improving.
You will work with Heads of Commissioning and senior leaders to develop and deliver strategic business plans, manage staffing and budgets, oversee governance and risk, and drive organisational change while championing inclusion across the Council.
